I walked in hoping to exchange/return a birthday gift that was shipped from the Nordstrom's in Chicago from my buddy Evan. One item didn't fit, and one item had the zipper broken. I started over to a cashier where there was a line, and Allen, in the Men's Apparel, came right over invited me to help. Incredible customer service, very personable, made my shopping experience the reason why I shop at Nordstrom's. Thank you Allen, I appreciate you just being so genuinely attentive. <3

There was a considerable amount of people there when we got there. Nice mall, food court was had a variety of place to get a bite. Christmas decorations were festive. Bath and body had some deals.

The mall was buzzing with people, which made it feel lively and popular — definitely doing well! I really love the variety of shops and eateries here; there’s something for everyone, whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, or just hanging out. This was actually my second visit in the past few months, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything felt clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes it super convenient. It’s the kind of place where you can spend a few hours without getting bored, thanks to all the options. I left happy and already looking forward to my next trip back. Honestly, it’s become one of my go-to spots for shopping and just enjoying a little day out.

Cool mall, have basically everything. Tons of good food options and new stores comes in from time to time. During the 2026 world cup, it even have a huge space hosting watch party with couches, big screen TVs live streaming the matches for free. So cool 😎.

Westfield Southcenter is my go-to for fashion and beauty. The store variety is unmatched! I had a successful trip browsing Urban Outfitters and Uniqlo for clothes. The shoe selection is fantastic (lots of great heels and designer options), and the Sephora is large and well-organized for all your beauty needs. Great atmosphere and easy to navigate.

At a time when it seems Amazon monopoly is about to destroy all retail outlets, this place holds a spotlight on how a mall with it’s grand vaulted interiors, can transport you out of cloudy raining drizzle that Seattle often brings and a human connection with the retail, the food choice, the movie theaters, and people everywhere, which offers a semblance of hope and continues the delivery that we don’t have to rely solely on the monopoly known as Amazon for every single thing we purchase , and maybe the owners of this mall nice the power of its location and it’s longevity and strength of the retail core that it has been known for so many years. Could they break up the large empty retail boxes, and convert these two small affordable for small business retail locations, giving new life and purpose to the now empty spots, due to being pushed out by Amazon and start to challenge the monopoly of Amazon because this monopoly is responsible for much of socioeconomic destruction in this country and that is my take on this mall and it is a great example of how this mall serves a purpose and whoever is reading these reviews or commenting or visiting a place because of these reviews remember it is the small mom and pops that made this country and built this country of which Seattle is a perfect example of an intersection of cultures.

Big mall . All major outlets are there. Always busy. I went there for escape room experience. It is good to spend time wit kids. Instead playing digital games , play here real game. With family was a fun exciting day.

We visited Westfield Southcenter during our family trip to Seattle, and it was a very useful indoor stop with our 3-year-old daughter. The mall is large, with a good variety of stores and food options. We mostly walked around, stopped at a few stores like Daiso, and picked up food to take back to our hotel. There were plenty of choices both in and outside of the food court, which made it an easy dinner option without needing to sit down at a restaurant. Our daughter enjoyed the play area. It wasn’t huge, but it was a nice little break for her and helped make the mall more kid-friendly. The mall was busy when we went on a Saturday evening, and it felt a bit crowded at times, but still safe and comfortable. Parking was busy but available, and bathrooms were easy to find, although we did not use them. Overall, this was a good, low-pressure stop during our trip. I wouldn’t call it a must-visit attraction, but if you’re staying near SeaTac or Tukwila and want shopping, food, or an indoor family break, it’s a solid option.
